Job Objective:

Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives with the aim of supporting sales and community development, including but not limited to creating sales materials (including PPTs, flyers, eDM, etc.), community marketing materials (such as house ad, banners, posters, eDMs, etc) and managing events.

Responsibilities:

Good at Copywriting, can write original marketing copy (requires market research) for marketing materials, PR experience is a PLUS!

Supports events such as group selling, Awards and Summits, including venue and logistics, onsite materials preparation, vendor coordination, etc.

Solicits support from third parties, including but not limited to external media organizations and industry associations

Attendee marketing for Summits, using in-house channels such as eDM, WeChat, banners, etc.

Coordinates with sales teams to ensure sponsorship items are fully and satisfactorily executed

PowerPoint presentations, eDM, invitation letters, banners, etc.

Handles translation of marketing materials (English to Chinese and Chinese to English)

Provides creative briefs to artist to ensure final designs reinforce the copy and present the marketing messages effectively

Works with sales leaders in China to create regular eDMs to clients

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English or the equivalent

At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing position and looking to build a long-term career in marketing

Excellent writing skill in Chinese, Good command of written and spoken English (CET-6)

Positive and proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new things and take new challenges, good communications skills

Proficiency in MS Office software suite (good command of Powerpoint Presentation is essential)
