The position will entail the following responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Assist for AR Voucher, ensures the book keeping are correct and compliant with company policy; 处理应收账款凭证，确保帐务正确并符合公司政策；

2. Deal with the A/R credit memo in system in timely manners and compliant with company policy as well 及时处理相关的调整单，确保帐务正确并符合公司政策；

3. Timely generating customer due list, AR aging report for management reference. Proactively push for on-time AR collection; 及时生成客户到期清单、应收账目核对表供管理层参考，积极推进及时回款；

4. Responsible for execution strictly following AR/Credit control SOP; 严格执行应收账款 / 信贷控制标准流程；

5. AR reconciliation in timely manners; 应收账户对账；

6．Issued correct fapiao in timely manners; 及时开具税务发票;

7. Support Accountant in preparation of accounting schedules/reports and other administrative matters; 协助会计准备财务计划 / 报表和其他行政事项；

8. Coordinate with operations & other departments concerning matters related to customer's account; 就客户账户相关事宜，与运营部门及其他部门进行协调；

9. Assist for external and internal audit issues; 协助完成年度审计，及内部审计事宜;

10. And other assignments to be allocated by the line manager. 其它直线经理分配的任务。
