Job Title : Executive - General Insurance
Direct Supervisor : Manager -General Insurance
Primary/Key Responsibilities
1.Ensure assigned dealers and/or other LSH entities in China take sufficient insurance coverage for all assets and properties owned, and for obligations arising from carrying out business activities, in accordance with master insurance policy, LSH Group policy and government law and regulation.
2.Manage and handle all insurance claims at HQ level as insurance agent for assigned LSH entities for onward processing and reimbursements by group insurance partners.
3.Explain and answer questions related to insurance policy, coverage and claims to assigned portfolio.
4.Assist in identifying risk areas where the insured has either failed to cover with insurance or inadequately covered.
5.Maintenance of master register (by insured entity), commission income register and claims register. Prepare monthly report of commission income and claim for all LSH entities insured.
6.Assist in comparison of insurance policies, drafting dealer visit materials and check list for dealer visits.
7.Coordinate with counterpart of group insurance partners for HQ matters or those requiring HQ to resolve for policy holders.
8.Ensure payment of insurance premium by policy holders.
9.Assist in verifying and settlement of commission.
10.Handle proper filing, and administrative matters for department in meetings and seminars.
11.Handle adhoc projects as assigned from time to time.
Degree/Diploma: Bachelor (Master preferred)
Major: Insurance, International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Financial Analysis
Related Working Experience : At least 2 years of working experience (not necessarily in related field) if Bachelor degree holder.
Fresh graduate if Master degree holder.
