Job Description :1, Customer from UK or China domestic on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or Application Management Support;2, Support Module implementation from Offshore, will be travelling to client side (UK or China domestic) in several key project phases;3, Migrate HR data from Legacy HR system (e.g. eBS HR, Peoplesoft, Local HR system) to Oracle HCM Cloud;4, Integrate with Hiring System, Payroll System and other 3rd party systems;5, Collaborate with Client and Oracle for any product defect/issues.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

1, Having the consultant capability to handle Oracle HCM Cloud module independently, Module Core HR, Payroll, Talent management is preferred, Compensation, Benefit, Time & Labor, Recruit, Learn, Helpdesk is add-on;2, Or can handle the integration between Oracle HCM Cloud with 3rd party systems, like Taleo, ADP, etc;3, Or having maintenance experience on Oracle HCM Cloud to support client production system;4, Knowing well on the standard report for each modules, having the experience on Oracle HCM Cloud product based reporting tool - OTBI, OBIA.etc;5, Can accept 3-6 months travelling;6, Fluent English speaking is preferred.
