HR operation Manager---Beijing

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the team to handle employment life-cycle transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance

·         Ensure the implementation in HR processes and system in relation to HR administrative processes

·         Handle HR system intergradation

·         Establish a work culture within the HR Support team that promotes teamwork and sharing within HR teams

You need to have:

·         Bachelor's degree, major in in Human Resources or related discipline.

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in HR areas with solid practical knowledge and experience in general HR operations

·         People management experience, prefer a team leader or Education related projects manager in headquarter centre

·         Systematic and process-oriented problem-solving skills, change management skills

职责：

1.带领团队根据企业运营流程处理与就业周期相关的事宜，确保流程的高质量与合规性

2.确保人力资源管理上的系统化与流程化的实施

3.人力资源系统的整合

4.在人力资源支持团队中建立企业文化，促进团队的合作与共享

职业技能：

1.大学或以上教育背景，主修人力资源或相关专业

2.至少5年人力资源领域工作经验，具有扎实的人力资源运作方面的知识与实践经验

3.人员管理经验，团队领导力，有教育集团总部项目经理的工作经验更好

4.以系统与流程为导向的解决问题的能力，突发状况的处理能力
