职位描述

 

1. 协助学院日常培训的组织工作，包括但不限于工作流程设计及梳理、培训资料制作整理、培训活动的组织落实、培训视频剪辑制作、后期培训跟进等。

2. 协助学院特殊培训活动的策划、组织工作，包括但不限于活动方案策划、工作流程设计及梳理、资料制作整理、活动的组织落实等。

3. 协助学院配培训课程的设计，包括但不限于资料统计整理、方案设计、方案制作等。

4. 协助学院文件、文案的初稿整理和书写，包括但不限于草拟工作培训文件、学院文件、通知邮件等。

5. 协助做初步培训、活动的沟通。

6. 学院安排的其他工作。

           

任职要求

 

1. 本领域、本岗位相关工作经验1-2年。

2. 具备并能够运用本领域、本岗位的专业知识和技能。

3. 熟悉本领域内各项工作及流程，能够独立处理常规性问题或完成常规工作。

4. 做事细致认真，责任心强。

5. 学习、创新能力强，具有良好的理解能力、沟通表达能力、组织协调能力。

6. 文字功底好，具有良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力，大学英语四级以上。

7. 熟练使用office办公软件（Outlook、word、Excel、PPT等），会使用PS、视频剪辑等软件优先考虑。、

8. 学历：本科或硕士。专业：管理类（人力资源管理、工商管理）为主，新闻、法学、中文也可以，双学位优先。

9. 经验：需要具备设计培训课程、组织活动的经验。有文案写作、文件写作经验者优先。
