Responsibilities职责:

• Coordinate the organizational and administrative matters of the entire team for ebeam (etc.,General office duties);

• Run small researches / projects and make recommendations;

• Support the Business Development & Marketing tasks (e.g. preparation of customer events and creation of marketing material)

• Check contrast and draft related administrative documents according to given information;

• Customer data regular update and maintenance;

• Preparation of documents and English/Chinese and Chinese/English translations;

• Other tasks and projects assigned by line manager.

   

  Requirements要求:

• Junior or senior College students and major in science and engineering relevant internship experience preferred;

  在校大学生，理工科相关专业有相关实习经验者优先

• Good English communication, CET-4 or above; 
  良好英语沟通，英语4级以上者；

• Good command of Microsoft office. 
  良好的办公软件应用能力；

• Ability to work 2 days at least per week; 
  每周至少能工作2天；

• Smart, hardworking and responsible 
  理解能力强，工作努力负责

• Strong willing of communication
