Primary Responsibilities:

1. 30% administration work for GC HR OPS team, including but not limited to -

• Logistics for internal and external visit
• Meetings arrangement
• HR Events
• Pick up interviewer or visitors
• Send express, support for Sr. Manager

2. 30% System owner, including but not limited to –

• ECM
• GC HR portal
• GC HR mail
• span>

3. 40% Daily HR OPS Support, including but not limited to –

• Lifecycle and daily support for SHP
• Intern management
• Payment settle down in SAP (PO/PA)
• Contract/probation renew
• Work permit/Visa
• Mileage collection
• Employee Connect Data collection
• Support on New Hire Orientation
• Support on on-boarding and off-boarding process

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree at least, around 3 yrs HR working experience in multinational.

- High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude.

- Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment.

- Can manage multi tasks at the same time.

- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Can work under pressure.

- Excellent skill in Microsoft tools.
