This position for Valor Division
Job Requirements
1. Manage Valor's sales activities in Northern and Central China.
2. Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quota goals
3. Responsible to develop effective plan for managing the territory and accounts,
4. Close account management is expected to continue renewal of support agreement and additional sales.
5. Responsible for cultivate new key accounts
6. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly regional sales forecasts
7. Build and implement Valor market penetration into the Specific market in the defined region.
8. Work closely with technical support team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
1. University Degree (Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or Science)
2. Good people skills, Energetic, Positive Attitude and self motivated
3. Good communication skill in the local language and in English.
4. Excellent presenter
5. High technical skills and ability to learn complex SW systems
6. The ability to position the value of the solution effectively
7. Ability to build a genuine rapport with customers
8. Ability to converse confidently with executives buyers
9. The ability to exhibit empathy for customers? problem and demonstrate an innate desire to solve them - The ability to diagnose customer problems
10. The ability to build a credible ROI model - The ability to know how to negotiate and close business without jeopardizing the business relationship
11. The ability to develop effective plan for managing their territory, accounts, ands/or opportunity
12. Must have a proven record of sales success in selling software solution or in selling similar Product.
13. Preferably have at least 5 years of selling experience the Electronics Manufacturing industry
.14. Prferabley to have experience in the PCB Design and Assembly Industry preferably in software solution, or ERP selling experience.
