Functions:

Demo Warehouse management; daily demo delivery management; Chinese labels/IFU printing arrangement; order processing handling

Key duties and responsibilities:

? Monitoring outgoing shipping and packaging activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of demo shipment

? Supervisor daily demo receiving, picking, packing, delivery and cycle count

-Communicate with warehouse/forwarder for correct shipment, trace the demos to ensure on time and safety arrival 

- Ensures demos are shipped in the required time and method

? Timely updating demo report; documentation & filing

? Implement stock-taking, cycle counting to ensure the accurately of demos; assistant the monthly/weekly stocktaking for normal stock in Pudong warehouse

? Warehouse in bonded/out bonded CFDA information verify

? Cargo receipt verify and archive

? Chinese labels printing arrangement

? Support on the monthly closing, on SAP data entry, and order process tracking

? Keeping highly efficient cooperation with relevant departments

? Others customer service relative job
