岗位职责：

A.主要职责：

1.医学信息沟通和传递

a.了解产品策略并确认内外部客户的医学信息需求, 针对外部KOL沟通对象进行分层并制定沟通计划;

b.向外部客户准确及时地传递产品及相关治疗领域的医学信息（含与药物安全相关信息）,

c.收集并解答外部客户在临床实践中未满足的医学需求和面临的问题

d.向区域市场和销售人员及时传递产品相关最新医学信息并解答市场销售人员对于产品的问题。

e.收集和总结分析重要学术会议以及相关文献的最新医学信息，维护和更新产品医学信息库。

2.医学教育活动和培训，

a.协助组织和参与顾问委员会、专家讨论会以及医学教育活动

b.在培训和医学信息方面为市场/销售以及相关部门提供医学支持。

3.支持区域临床试验活动

4. 关键KOL 发展及学术性维护

a.通过提供最新医学信息主动开发并维护与关键KOL的良好合作。

b.通过 与KOL的学术性互动，介绍产品医学优势，以改善临床观念和实

践,以使病人获益。

5.制定区域医学策略，并协助制定产品医学策略。

任职资格的具体描述：

A.教育/培训背景:

·医学专业，本科学历或以上

·Medical Doctor or PharmaD preferred

B.知识/技能:

·具有相关工作经验优先考虑

·良好的沟通技巧和影响力，建立并保持和KOL良好合作关系

·掌握和理解GCP 原则 and HCC的要求

C. 工作经验:

·具有相关治疗领域2-3的工作经验

·有行业相关经验者优先考虑。

D. 其它要求:

较好的外语听，说及书写能力，CET-6水平
