Responsibilities:
Provides technical expertise in one or more defined IT services, like ERP, CRM. BPM, eBusiness , Web service, POS , Call center. Provides input related to the service and prepares technical deliverables (30%)
Responsible for solving technical issues. Performs related system operation and administration duties as required for the affected IT service. Provides information and updates to related product knowledge bases and ensures that incidents are appropriately managed, tracked and escalated as needed (30%)
Write professional comprehensive documentation , including project proposal, requirement specification, functional specification, implementation plan, test plan, user guide and deployment plan, etc. And conduct relevant training to business, (30%)
Be able to handle a selected task without supervisor's support (10%)

Required Skills:
Good knowledge in the following technologies: Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft.Net, Java, XML, Web Services and Unix/Linux,PL-SQL
Good command on business knowledge
Team work and Collaboration
Good Command in both English and Chinese
Strong learning capability

Required experience :
Minimum 2 years working experience in software design and/or database administration
Bachelor degree in computer science ,software engineering or related
Sound track record for successful systems implementation under the role of Technical Analyst or Programmer
Seniority (According to skill and experience, employee can be appointed as Senior TA, TA and Junior TA)
