Responsibility:

ú Month-end closing process owner of responsible entities and statutory reporting unit;

ú Perform monthly closing, make sure that the transactions are booked in compliance with local and Staples accounting policies;

ú Closely work with other finance function teams on reconciliation process;

ú Be responsible for monthly loading local accounting data to Oracle for US headquarters;

ú FA management and accounting treatment;

ú With solid finance and tax knowledge, assist the accounting manager to support operation;

ú Key contact for external audits;

ú Key and active contributor to the effectiveness and efficiency of GL team;

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent in finance and accounting

More than 3+ years experience in general ledger accounting with at least 1 year experience in Tax;

Knowledge of the applicable Standard Operating Procedures

Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively

Self-motivated, good at problem solving;

Good written and oral in English is preferred

Good at using Windows Office Softwares, e.g. Windows Words, PPT, Exel and etc.
