Purpose:
? Design annual campaign strategy for Staples’ China business
? Manage Campaign Project Managers to ensure key timelines are met
Develop team skills

Accountabilities and Critical Results:
? Create and manage annual campaign plan for all geographies
? Design and execute product/promotion tests to improve customer responsiveness
? Manage direct reports to coordinate all aspects of print marketing campaigns: defining strategy for individual campaigns, target categories, creative, mailing, and product analysis

Responsibilities:
? Create and manage national annual campaign calendar; define high level strategy for each campaign
? Drive continuous improvement through continuous testing
Work with DB Mktg Sr Manager & BU Marketing Manager peers to build a highly analytical team and offer training opportunities, etc. to improve professional development

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
? Highly analytical
? University degree or above
? At least 5 years working experience in marketing analytics-related field
? Good command of oral and written English, Mandarin Chinese
? Good computer skills
? Good team player; committed to developing team members
? Self-motivated, with drive, passion and high integrity
? Willing to learn, leverage and contribute to company best practices
? Results-oriented and strong desire for personal growth and achievement
