Job Purpose:

The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the Analytics team to support the business unit and Web marketing teams to make data-based decisions by providing customer and product analysis and structuring tests for continuous learning and improvement.


Critical results:

Help Business Units meet their sales and profit targets by guiding customers and campaign decisions based on annual marketing plans. Communicate with business unit marketing managers to ensure the analysis is meeting their needs.


Responsibilities:

30% Work with Marketing Managers and Campaign Strategy Manager to help balance BU competing demands

25% Work with other departments to identify and improve processes which are obstacles for sales growth and marketing efforts

15% Manage and mentor team



Education and Experience:

University degree or higher in mathematics or statistics
Must have at least 2 years marketing experience
Previous direct marketing experience is a plus


Skills:

Must be highly analytical; very comfortable using Excel
Must be a good communicator and able to integrate feedback into decision making process
Must be able to manage competing demands
Must be able to speak Mandarin Chinese & English
