职位描述

Responsibilities;
1. Responsible for month end, quarter end & yearend closing to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
2. Responsible for statutory and tax compliance deliverables by working closely with outsource service provider.
3. Work with various business partners to ensure legal entities are accurately, completely and timely accounted for in the enterprise systems, as well as to ensure good controls of underlying processes are in place.
4. Participate in or lead compliance-related projects as assigned.
5. Support internal and external audits operations.
6. Support company secretarial specialist on daily cosec operations.
7. Perform additional related duties as assigned
8. Ensure financial records in compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications Required:
- At least 8 years working experience in the accounting area or in a similar position in well know international companies
- Very good knowledge of Chinese and local tax laws and regulations
- Strategic thinking / excellent analytical / communication skill, to come out sound recommendations.
- Strong leadership with demonstrated experience of leading group of people.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese - honest and reliable personality
- Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as in teams
- Minimum college degree; university degree in accounting preferred.
- Holder of Accounting Professional Qualified Certificate
- Holder of Tax Qualified Certificate
- Professional knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.), Lotus Notes, Accounting software, e.g. ORACLE or ACCPAC
- Taxation trainings e.g. in VAT, CIT, BT, IIT and transfer pricing necessary
