工作职责（仅供参考）：
1、负责新化妆品的配方开发、改善和研制，并进行评估测试；
2、负责化妆品原材料的测试、开发、测试方法及质量标准的建立；
3、负责化妆品技术支持，解决产品生产过程中质量、工艺等环节出现的问题；
4、组织制订、修订相关标准操作规范，化妆品检验规范；
5、和其他部门保持联系。
