工作职责:

工作职责：

1、负责投资项目的市场对标、行业财务数据的收集及分析；

2、负责对集团投资项目进行盈亏测算，对项目的估值和盈利情况进行分析，为投资决策提供专业意见；

3、对集团拟投资项目进行财务尽职调查，充分揭示其财务风险或危机，分析目标项目盈利能力及现金流状况。

4、撰写项目财务审查报告，对项目进行财务评估，及时揭示财务风险，提出防范措施建议；

5、对已实施的投资项目进行动态监控、分析、评估、管理等后期跟踪工作，对各项目进行经济效益、成本及资金运用分析，评估项目的实际投资回报率及营运能力。

任职资格:

1、全日制本科或以上学历，3年以上财务投资管控经验；中级会计师或以上职称，注册会计师或注册税务师优先。

2、熟悉投资并购相关实务法规和财务分析相关专业知识，熟练搭建各类财务模型、进行敏感性分析；

3、拥有独立执行项目和解决问题的经验，主导或参与过投资并购项目；

4、能够独立撰写财务分析报告，具备较强的价值分析与评估能力, 进行有效风险评估管理；

5、熟悉国家财税制度及法律规范，熟悉企业财务预算、核算、内控管理，有较强的数据分析能力；

6、具备较强的文字表达能力、分析判断能力、组织协调能力以及逻辑思维能力。抗压能力强，工作积极主动，具有较强的沟通协调能力，良好的职业操守。
