Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, and participate in the negotiation.

·        Assist with trademark management for all the brands under naked Group.

• Provide legal advice to internal departments and subsidiaries.

·        Prepare and review legal documents associated with internal departments, subsidiaries and strategic partners.

• Assist Legal Manager in the acquisition/merger or other kind of investment of the company.

·        Assist with the establishment of a regular contract review process, and contract management process, and assist in the execution thereof.

·        Involved in major accidents and crisis handling activities, provide legal support to relevant departments.

·        Assist Legal Manager in litigation and arbitration case and follow up.

• Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

·        Graduate from a recognized law school either in China or abroad and Pass the National Judicial Examination

·        At least 2 years working experience. Strong commercial background and legal knowledge

·        Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong team work spirit.

·        Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be adaptable to change.

·        Native mandarin speaker with fluency in verbal and written English.
