岗位职责：

1、负责维护所在项目的公共设备、设施完好，各机电设备、设施运作正常，负责人力调配与培训；

2、监督协调专业维保公司的维保计划执行情况，每月审核及汇总维修工作量及相关报表；

3、对所在项目的日常维修、巡检、保养工作负有全面的责任，工程部资料归档和各项日常管理工作等。

任职要求：

1、持有电工职业资格证和电工上岗资格证，5年以上本专业工作经验，有一定的管理能力；

2、能吃苦耐劳，具备较强责任心、执行能力、语言表达能力及学习能力，有良好的服务和奉献意识；

3、善于发现、分析、处理各种安全设备隐患和设备突发事件，有较强的分析、判断问题的能力；

4、熟悉各种办公软件使用，有基本的英语理解能力。
