Field Application Engineer

Currently we are looking for a Field Application Engineer in our BJ representative office. The candidate should be a university graduate major in telecommunications, computer science or electronic engineering. He should be fluent in spoken and written English, has more than 3 years of working experience in test and measurement field within the telecommunication industry in technical supporting role. Ideally he should be familiar with antenna design and OTA testing of mobile handset and understand the design criteria of good antenna. Perferably he is good at computer programming and able to debug/locate problem in application.

Requirements:

- Be outgoing and easily relate to customers

- Possess analytical mind and able to resolve problems

- Familiar with radio communication tester like Agilent, Spirent, R&S etc.

- High integrity and honesty in dealing with customers

- Be prepared to travel extensively throughout the region

- Able to perform under pressure

- Work well with other members of the company, both BJ office and Gothenburg office

Responsibilities

- Visit customers together with sales people to present our technical solution

- Perform real life demonstration to customers

- Answer (email/phone) customer technical enquiries/issues and provide solutions or work around to them in a timely manner

- Work with head office R&D team to deliver the latest product release to the market

- Collect, understand, and feedback to head office our competitors information
