职位描述


Job Summary:

· Responsible for developing and delivering a Health Economics and Outcomes Research practice aligned with our Client Strategy

· This individual is responsible for the conduct of Outcomes Research studies (Regulatory Impact Analysis, Health Economics, Health Services Research, Patient-reported Outcomes, and Retrospective Data Analyses).

· Market our MA/HEOR practice to build awareness, credibility and trust of KH’s capabilities in this area, build knowledge of our point-of-view

· Deliver studies and projects to clients with excellent quality standards, maintain high level of client engagement and satisfaction

· Develop strong relationship with the Marketing Insights (MI) team internally to leverage MI data collection strengths to support project delivery

· Develop an external network of vendors and service providers to enable the business to operate smoothly

Primary Responsibilities:

1, Offer Development

· Assist in developing the RWE strategy for the business

· Work alongside Marketing to communicate offer to market and reach out for developing business

2, Project Delivery

· Non Interventional Studies / Observational studies

  • Development of custom questionnaires as required by individual studies.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the therapeutic area covered by the survey and ultimately result in increased client engagement.
  • Ensure liaisons with external authors to ensure proper licensing is obtained to utilize a validated survey instrument within the custom survey developed.
  • Develop protocol documentation outlining proposed methodology and analysis plan for submission to the Institutional Review Board.
  • Ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain regular client communications throughout a project to provide updates.
  • Work on initiatives to support the project management of the National Health and Wellness Survey (NHWS). This would include making/tracking survey changes and overseeing data collection

· Health Economics and Outcome Research

  • Able to authoritatively talk about the latest updates in healthcare regulations
  • Expertise in health economic modeling and knowing which models are best for particular clients given their market access goals
  • Expertise in overseeing HE-related secondary database analyses to support modeling efforts, other market access or pricing goals, and/or publication needs
  • Expertise in guiding clients with the development of execution of value statements specific to their product and development stage
  • Expertise with selecting the best HE outcomes for use in medical affairs studies, as well as being able to recommend the best analyses for these outcomes
  • Expertise in communicating HE findings in various forms of communication, including peer-reviewed publication, abstracts and conference presentations

3, Client Engagement

· As project leader – you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for taking essential decisions for your project and following-up with your clients

· You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and recognizing opportunities for new business and will lead or contribute to the proposal writing / presentation

4, Financial management

· Responsibility for accurate generation and achievement of agreed team and client targets

· Deliver Margin (e.g. Operating, conversion, efficiency)

· Enhanced financial awareness and commercial know how

· Key competitor analysis and monitoring

5, Talent Management:

· Invest personally in talent development

· Establish self as expert in the field

6, Leadership, team and people management:

· Inspires innovation/ creativity

· Supervise and evaluate the work of others;

· provide mentoring to research staff in the use of analytical skills to conduct high quality research

· Monitor performance and objectives

Job Requirements:

1, Knowledge areas and experience:

· Masters or PhD in HEOR, Public Health, HTA or other related disciplines

· Strong Marketing (research) knowledge

· High level of business/client understanding and insight

· Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams especially business and senior management

2,Skills:

· Extensive experience of the healthcare environment in China, including the very dynamic regulatory environment, key players (KOLs, competitors)

· Strong analytical, qualitative, and quantitative abilities

· Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills

· Confident sales/ negotiation/ persuasion skills with commercial orientation

· Good communication and social skills, GRAVITAS AND AUTHORITY WITH CLIENTS

· Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and financial accountability

· Market Research Codes of Conduct, including but not limited to EphMRA, ESOMAR, MRS, BHBIA and CASRO.

· WPP’s Legal & Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Code of Conduct certification
