JOB SUMMARY: Ensures a fluid work environment within the corporate offices by performing administrative/clerical and office receptionist duties. Uses initiative and good judgment; works independently with little supervision and maintains strict confidentiality. While providing exemplary safety, service, show quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES · Conceive, Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls, mail and correspondence taking appropriate actions as necessary. Directs incoming guests to designated locations within the UBR corporate office. · Provides administrative and secretarial support for the UBR corporate and marketing offices that may include typing, mailing, emailing, faxing, copying and other essential clerical duties. · Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies, includes acquiring and maintaining technology needs. · Develops and maintains reports (including expense reports), databases, spreadsheets and/or files as appropriate and required. · Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. · Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required.

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3years of administrative assistant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
