岗位职责：

1.负责拨打家访，课中回访电话维系家长，挖掘家长实际需求，完成学员续报工作；

2.微信与班级群的维护工作；

3.解决学员及家长问题，维护满意度；

任职要求：

1.普通话标准，表达能力强，良好的沟通能力；

2.思维灵活，反应迅速，抗压能力强；

3.统招大专及以上学历，极强的学历能力。

薪资福利：

1.薪资：底薪4000+3000绩效；

2.工作时间：早10晚7或中午12到晚上9点；

3.学历：大专及以上；

4.福利：七险一金，免费三餐，晚上9点之后下班打车报销(100元以内)。
