? The Project Engineer on site is responsible for ensuring the coordination between TNPJVC/CNI23, NIEP Supplier representatives on site (AREVA and CNPEC), AREVA PE, CNPEC PL for the management of activities resulting from open package inspections and leading to the closure of Consortium obligations as well as the treatment of pbs due to Purchaser responsibilities for which NI Supplier has to be compensated.

Job Duties:
? Be aware of applicable Project Procedures and Consortium Project Procedure for activities on site, such as but not limited to, OPI, CIN, NCR, Material return, Material re-supply, ECC clearance and proposes any modifications for improving the efficiency of such procedures
? To liaise between parties on site (OPI team, Installation & Commissioning support deputy manager, engineering teams) and AREVA PE and CNPEC PL
? To ensure that all the data are correctly filled in the relevant tools in order that the traceability is ensured, that means per ECS:CCC, ECC, NCR (whoever the responsible), GVN, MRF,...
? Expediting of actions resulting from OPI on site:
** From TNPJVC: GVN, NCR, request for re-supply ...
** From sub-suppliers: CIN to be approved by TNPJVC before implementation ...
until the issuance of ECC clearance certificate by TNPJVC as evidence of the closure of Consortium obligations for equipment supply and until closure of treatment of Purchaser's failures that the Consortium has decided to manage
? Expediting of Work Orders issued to CNI23
? Screening of TNPJVC requests during erection activities before interfacing with PE. If it is CR, it's one of the purpose of FDT on site to filter them. If it's specific request of support, it's obvious that it's necessary to make connection with the other branch on site (installation & commissioning support)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above
- Experience about quality management
- Fluent English (read, write and speak); English is the day-to-day working language for that mission
- French language is not requested but will be appreciated.

Work location: Taishan city jiangmen (江门台山市）
