Job Description:

? Anticipate difficulties (interfaces) and propose alternative ways to work.
? Preliminary review of the risk assessment/Method Statement.
? Check the implementation on site of safety rules and mitigation measures defined in the risk assessment, AREVA safety rules, Chinese regulation and French regulation.
? Manage the safety inspections on site. Follow up corrective actions defined during the inspection in relation with the client .
? Closely work with ICS (installation and commissioning) team to have the knowledge of the coming activities (anticipation) and involve them in the daily safety.
? Be pro-active to propose safety issues to improve our level and the attitude on site.


Knowledge/Experience:
? Bachelor degree in HSE or equivalent.
? Worked in a multicultural environment (French, English and Chinese).
? Experienced on big construction sites.
? A previous experience in nuclear power plant would be HIGHLY appreciated.
? Knowledge in electricity and / or mechanical would be appreciated.
? Good knowledge of:
o Chinese H&S regulation
o OHSAS 18001 standard
o Electra-mechanical installation and commissioning to allow good risk analysis of the activities and being able to propose alternative methods


Technical Skills:
? Mandatory: fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
? Be able to speak and understand English for safety meetings. English writing for safety reports.
? Fluent French speaking, reading and writing is a big plus.
