Responsibilities:
1. In charge of HR project
2. Project the manpower planning and assistant GM on establishing a high efficiency organization structure
3. Manage the process of employee counseling, performance management, business integrity issues.
4. Give the necessary support to HR team in all HR functions if needed.
5. Be the backup HR management resource for HR in short term in case it is needed



Qualifications:
1. University degree or above.
2. Fluent in English.
3. More than 6 years of HRM experience in manufacturing industry
4. Solid HR experience especially in staffing
5. Possess good communication skills and influence skill
6. Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude
7. Have outstanding business acumen and demonstrated strategic thinking



Performance evaluation standard:
1. Projects/task complete on schedule.
2. Customer satisfaction
