Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Marketing Plan
产品战略以及市场计划
Develop product strategy and marketing plan to help achieve sales and profit targets
制定产品战略和市场计划,协助实现销售额及盈利的增长
Establish and maintains effective and valid product line forecasting through collecting data from historical sales performance and market research
通过从历史销售数据及市场调研结果中收集数据以建立和维护高效实际的产品线销售预测
Propose professional suggestions about product positioning, market segmentation and promotion plans
就产品定位、市场细分和促销计划提出专业意见
Conduct and analyze market intelligence projects to measure market share, competitor product offerings, and competitor go to market strategies
实施和分析市场调研项目用以评估市场份额、竞品情况以及竞争对手的市场策略
Conduct and analyze voice of customer projects
客户反馈的收集和分析
Take charge of new products launch and clinical education program plan
全权负责新产品上市及临床教育计划
Work with sales team for product/marketing plan
就产品市场计划的制定和修改与销售团队密切合作
Cooperate with international marketing
与海外市场团队进行合作
Execution of Product/ Marketing Plan
产品/市场计划的执行:
Owner of professional forum and seminar to promote product clinical application, build and maintain smooth communication with KOLs
负责组织专业论坛及研讨会以推广产品的临床应用,建立并维护与相关专家的顺畅沟通
Participate in technical and clinical presentations with external stakeholders
参与针对外部关键人物的产品技术及临床推介
Field Sales Support & Operations
为一线销售和运营提供支持
Provide the key selling points of product, assist sales team to develop regional marketing strategy and launch packages for new product introductions /focus products
提供产品关键卖点,协助销售队伍制定区域性市场策略并就新产品上市及关键产品推行相关策略
Provide technical support & advice, trouble shoot
就技术支持和建议、
Manage annual marketing budget and control related cost

Team Management

Independent analysis capability and could put forward creative marketing plan to accelerate the growth of present business

EDUCATION
Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Marketing is strongly desired
本科以上学历,市场营销相关专业优先
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 8 years sales and marketing experience in medical device relevant industry with minimum 5 years Marketing Manager experiences
8年以上医疗器械相关行业销售和市场工作经验,5年以上市场经理的工作经验Clinical marketing experience is a must and preferably in medical cosmetology market.
必须具备临床产品的市场工作经验,了解医疗美容市场的优先考虑
Have outstanding capability of product management, including product strategy constitute, competitor information analysis, new product launch and etc.
