We are searching a digital professional who are passionate to drive digital solution with professional technologies and to adopt new working concepts for increasing effectiveness and flexibility in BI application area. You will be working with a group of excellent people, act as one of our digital solution owners and gain professional growth on business intelligence area
You are expected to coordinate internal and external resources to manage the digital solution based on SAP HANA Data Lake, including business requirement analysis, application architecture and solution design, application project management and maintenance service management etc. Your background with application requirement analysis, development, testing, architecture design and project management in IT outsourcing companies are preferred, and your will be our good candidate if you have experience on Agile, Micro-service and mobile App development.
What are my responsibilities?
· To propose best fit application solution based on business requirement analysis together with business stakeholders, and transfer business requirement into IT requirement and high level solution design.
· To coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to implement the proposed IT application solutions.
· To conduct technical quality management for project delivers and to drive for acceptance testing.
· To manage application operation services which are being provided by external suppliers
· To manage IT application architecture and technical solution strategy for responsible business area, and to investigate new technologies and to drive for technical innovation for responsible business area.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Deep knowledge in business intelligence, as power BI, BO, HANA native is preferred
SAP functional knowledge or HANA native project experience relevant to one of below:
SAP FI-AR, FI-AP FI_GL
SAP COPA, PCA,
SAP SD
SAP PS
SAP MM
· Project experiences: At least participated 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation of HANA native project for companies (same Industry as Siemens), as HANA developer
· Project experiences of leader in one of project phase. of large number of testers (50~100) and completing UAT as planned successfully, is a PLUS
· Familiar the BI tools, as QlikSense, tableau, Celonis, DT1
· Language skill: Native speaker with English skills
