Responsibilities:
1. Customer development and maintenance；
2. Achieve shipment and revenue；
3. Cooperate with technical sales to create new DINs；
4. Coordinate FAE/AE team to ensure DWIN and MP；

  

5. Keep close relationship with key decision makers of customer side；
6. Feedback market situation and demand；
7. KPI: Revenue, Shipment, DIN, DWIN, forecast accuracy, Sales Report, and etc.

  

Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years of account management experience in the semiconductor industry，Specially for IDH/OEM/ODM customer；

  

2. Clear leadership skills and ability to establish and maintain a high degree of personal credibility and respect with customers；

  

3. Must be effective in working with multiple business disciplines, i.e. technical and marketing departments；
4. Must be customer oriented and have outgoing character；

  

5.More than 5 years customer management experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.

  

6.Well understanding of 4G/5G knowledge is preferred；
7. B.S. in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent technical degree；

  

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as advanced organization and presentation skills、Computer skills such as Microsoft office(PowerPoint and Excel).
