职位描述
岗位职责：
1、组织“精密单点定位技术和服务”项目软件设计，直接负责算法软件的设计开发；
2、参与项目的软件开发计划的制定并执行，并负责项目的数据的分析评估等工作，参与项目联调联试工作，并对出现的算法及相关问题进行分析及处理；
3、能够对算法工程师进行工作的指导；
4、参与项目相关的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、天体力学、应用数学、理论物理、卫星导航、通信、电路等理工科相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具有5年以上的卫星导航算法及相关工作经验，有航天器轨道确定工作经验者优先；
3、具有扎实的数理基础，掌握航天器轨道知识、卫星导航知识、高精度卫星定位原理等相关知识；4、具有较强的逻辑思维能力，能够根据数理知识、卫星导航知识及相关知识，结合计算机编程知识，完成多种卫星导航定位计算的算法设计、实现以及验证、评估等工作，并且具有将其形成文档的能力；
5、精通C、C++、Fortran等相关计算机开发语言，具有在UNIX、Linux及Windows等多环境下进行软件研发的能力、较强的编程能力；
6、 具有良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力和解决问题的能力。
