Job Title:

AR Accountant

Reports To:
Accounting Supervisor

Role Purpose:

Undertake Daily retail AR matching, prepare monthly AR reports, reconcile the bank for stores and reconcile the sales with landlord (if any).

Key Activities:

Download bank statements online;
Preparing bank reconciliation every month.
Collect retail stores' AR summary report;
Reconcile the AR summary report with RMS;
Reconcile the sales with landlord for shop-in-shop model;
Match RU and AR in JDE;
Reconcile store bank and AR.
Preparing monthly AR aging report for management review;
Follow up and ensure all over-due AR are properly followed;
Preparing AR AN forms.
Other extra tasks assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Industry / domain:
Luxury, consulting, brand distribution or retailing

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
1-2 years experience in finance/accounting field
Familiar with MS Office, especially in Excel
Good command of written and spoken English

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor degree with major in accounting or related field

Job Specific Technical Requirements:
Competency with ERP experience, JDE experience is an advantage
Independent, self-motivate, result oriented, and hardworking person
Solution oriented mindset and good communication skill
