职位描述
1、接听客户热线电话、为客户提供全面的产品问题咨询和各种售后使用操作指导；
2、善于把握客户的心理，处理各种突发事件及相关投诉授理，对异常问题的及时反馈；
3、主动积极的学习和总结更高效的客服流程和解决方案适当处理服务的故障和客户的投诉；
4、一切从客户出发，体察客户感受，提升用户体验。
任职要求
1、口齿清晰，声音甜美，具有亲和力，普通话标准，沉稳自信，有较强的沟通能力，能承受压力；
2、较强的计算机操作能力。
3、良好的人际交往能力和团队协作精神，个性积极主动，工作热情，敢于面对挑战；
4、一年以上客服从业经验者优。
