Purpose of the Role:

To perform case processing activities for single case reports derived from all sources

Key Accountabilities and Activities: (Varies with project)

Perform case processing of single cases including case receipt, triage, Data entry, coding and narrative writing for both cases from solicited and unsolicited sources

1. Perform literature search, abstract review and case processing of literature cases

2. Perform Quality review and ensure Quality of final deliverables like single case reports,

Context of the job/ likely challenges

1. To adapt to an onsite-offshore model in terms of timings and culture.

2. To work in multiple projects with varying activities.

3. May have to work out of local Cognizant office/ client location if the specific project demands so.

4. Coordination and communication between offshore team, onsite Cognizant team and the clients.

Education, Experience and Skill sets

1. A Bachelor’s degree Life Sciences/ Health care or Medical Sciences from a recognized University.

2. Over all 3 plus years of experience with at least 1+years’ experience in Drug safety.

3. Experience in Case processing must;

4. ARISg/ Argus experience preferred

5. Good people skills and client interface skills a must.
