POSITION PURPOSE:
Support JAS China Seafreight Director in OCE product procurement, pricing excellence, product development, control, coordination and management

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.OCE Product Procurement:
Support and initiate local and China level OCE procurement, tariff, contract update, notification, etc, and subsequent internal communication within JAS WW network.Work closely with JAS WW APAC and other regions to ensure timely updated Buy Rates, and valid terms and conditions

2.Pricing related:
Pricing platform build up and maintenance. Speed up info flow and increase transparency within JAS China and JAS overseas
Support RFQ coordinator in getting what costs and charges data needed on behalf of JAS China Ocean Team
Support in pricing, negotiating, collecting feedback, measuring success ratio after quote, and take appropriate follow-up action

3.Statistics and report related:
Support in building and maintain OCE related KPI with JAS China branches, carrier evaluation review to upkeep operation and communication efficiency/effectiveness
Support in OCE related reporting, newsletter, forecasting, and budgeting

4.Marketing and Business development related:
Support in market intelligence. Provide regular market, market size, market share, competition update to Management
Initiative LCL product development study, cost & benefit, and reach win-win business plan with JAS overseas
Support building up and maintain OCE product catalogue, and sales kits for easy selling

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1.University graduate?
2.Proficiency in English and Chinese writing and speaking
3.Capability of speaking fair/fluent Cantonese is preferred
4.At least 3 years sound OCE freight working experiences in NVOCC in HKG and/or China
5.Effective in communication with internal and external parties
6.Sound PC skills, especially Word, Excel, and PPT
