Job Description

- Well know the Packaging design process:
1) Understand packaging design requirement specification-RS from Bosch internal or external customer.
2) Well know the Packaging design 6 steps methods：Determine the circulation environment--Identify product characteristics---Simplify to redesign the product -- Evaluate the possibility of package material --packaging design—packaging solution test.
3) Evaluation of the new packaging design solution's possibility and risk analysis.
- Well handling one of the packaging 3D design software-ArtiosCAD 3DM of ESKO, Solidwroks, Etc.
- Good Knowledge for main packaging materials, e.g. Paper, plastic, wooden etc.
- Do the case study and about returnable package, including concept for returnable packaging, returnable packaging solution design, set up the returnable network, pooling with plants and suppliers etc.
- Find the potential opportunities of packaging materials to do cost saving, coordinate with all Bosch plants relevant colleagues, purchasing and external suppliers to achieve the project target.
- Reduce variants of existing transport and outer packaging, new packaging design.
- Communicate with BOSCH plant, raw material supplier, packaging supplier to track the ongoing projects.
- Support transportation team and plant for packaging related damaged case, coordinate with plant and transportation team to provide solution and test report, close the OPL.
- Good communication skill with internal and external customer, Germany headcounter for project topics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Minimum 5 years packaging related experience, BOSCH group packaging experience is preferred;
- Deep knowledge in packaging design, project management, problem solving and quality control;
- Rich experience on supplier management, process and standardization;
- Strongly in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and especially PowerPoint skills) ;
- Logic and systematic thinking;
- Strong presentation and coordination skill;
- Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
