§ Support in the tailoring of the organization's process to meet the project's needs

§ Responsible for planning process audits and monitoring the effectiveness of process implementation at project level

§ Responsible for auditing work products and deliverables to ensure that defined processes are adhered to meet customer quality requirements

§ Responsible for facilitating implementation of Process improvements

§ Provide feedback for continuous improvement of CMMI 5 based QMS.

§ Responsible for best practice identification and evangelizing adoption at project level

§ Responsible for reporting on status and effectiveness of process implementation at project level.

§ Identify and report risks at the project level

§ Ensure metrics capture and facilitate metrics-based project management

§ At least 2 years working experience on software engineering is preferred.

§ At least 1 years working experience on Quality Management.

§ Knowledge of CMMI, ISO9001

§ Six Sigma certificated preferred

§ Excellent English communication skills in verbal and writing

§ Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

§ Ability to learn fast
