Job Title：Financial Analysis

Department：Finance Department

Reporting to：Finance Direct

Subordinates: No.

Location：Shanghai

Main Responsibilities

1. Support month-end closing
2. Verify the input VAT invoice in tax bureau and other issue.
3. To supervise the preparation of local management reports and to perform business analysis such as company dashboard, Cash flow and working capital analysis.
4. To support Budget preparation, rolling forecasts and other financial planning and monitor the performance by month and identify risk and opportunities.
5. Liaison and coordinate with Controlling & Accounting, Commercial Finance and Operation Finance in improving the finance processes and information quality.
6. To support the development of Business intelligence.
7. Assist the line-manager in preparing monthly and annual financial reports as well as analyzing significant changes to be documented in abbreviated notes to the balance sheet.
8. Finish others job assigned by FD

Qualifications

1. Major in Finance/Accounting.

2. 5+ years of accounting experience will be plus.

3. Good written and oral English is preferred.

4. Excellent at EXCEL and other Microsoft office software.

5. Ability to take initiative in setting the priority of duties to meet deadlines, in analyzing and solving problems.

6. Active learning, detail oriented, hard-working, good team player, willing to work overtime and under pressure.

7. Accounting Certification is must.
