Key Responsibilities:


· Responsible for monitoring Service Center Queue and ticket handling

· Analyze tickets and provide work around as needed

· Classify issue types and route the tickets to other team members (upstream/downstream) as necessary

· Analyze issues to determine solutions

· Perform the software changes and unit testing as needed

· Coordination with Support Lead, source system teams, downstream teams etc




Qualification:



MES Application Support (Weighing & Dispensing / Electronic Batch Recording / MES / Control Systems etc)
Strong communication skills (Japanese & English)
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Technical analysis capabilities - Log and trace file analysis, debugging, finding the root causes etc
Understanding of the database schema, Queries
Scripting knowledge (preferably Java Pnuts)


Knowledge of Level 2 and Level 3 support process / life cycle
Knowledge of Incident Management Tools
