职位描述
Job Purpose职位目的:
? Overall project/ plant controlling processes development for the legal entities of RRPS Greater China.
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
? Plant Controlling:
? Monitor development of assigned P&L and Balance Sheet accounts. Conduct thorough reconciliation/ analysis and provide transparency to management/ relevant business partners. Lead process to identify best solutions/ alternatives.
? Monitor capacity of direct employees and corresponding wages and benefits.
? Prepare and discuss productivity targets and calculate demand of direct/ indirect employees.
? Perform product costing tasks including but not limited to calculation of overhead/ burden rates, annual material standard cost roll. Monitor direct/ indirect/ usage variances actuals vs plan and initiate countermeasures as required in order to achieve set targets.
? Monitor and analyze production inventories.
? Guide cost center managers as a financial business partner for assigned areas including but not limited to cost center report preparation, reconciliation of billings, cost allocation and set-ups. Monitor budget development and initiate countermeasures as needed.
? Perform tasks related to month end close. Analyze assigned cost positions with focus on OpsCon. Ensure completeness and correct account assignments.
? Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly planning/ forecasting tasks for assigned area of responsibility.
? Analysis discrepancies to plan and develops counter measures how to reach target figures
? Keep maintenance of master data in SAP and/ or other business relevant systems up to date.
? Prepare ad-hoc reporting tasks for headquarters and other managers outside of Finance timely. Conduct plausibility checks to ensure accuracy.
? Project Controlling:
? Conduct economic efficiency calculations within the scope of investment projects, relocations, make or buy analysis etc. Analyze results after development of cost structure and capacity utilization, develop decision guidance of realization prioritization of the planned projects
? Monitor project budgets and if required, initiate countermeasures to avoid budget overruns. Provide regular status updates to management and business partners
? Prepare cost analysis of new products
? Manage special projects and miscellaneous ad-hoc requests as assigned including but not limited to preparation of financial analysis, evaluation of best alternatives & recommendations.
? General:
? Actively live and cultivate High Performance Culture (HPC)
? Trusted to deliver excellence to our (internal) customers and other stakeholders
? Provide guideline in form of policy, local work instruction, desk procedures etc. Ensure awareness throughout the team. Prepare presentation and conduct training of assigned cross functional processes/ tasks.
? Understand functions, responsibilities and procedures utilized in various financial departments.
? Maintain knowledge of developments in the field of finance, controlling and economic theory.
? Keep management actively abreast of progress, developments and pending problems.
? Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
? Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

? Perform Internal Control System (ICS) tasks for the assigned Area of Responsibility (AoR). Provide effective and sufficient evidence of control timely.
? Support internal and external audit tasks for assigned area of responsibility
? Develop cross-departmental solution approaches / concepts and align with respective stakeholders. Support stakeholders with the implementation of new processes
? Actively build/ support liaison between Controlling/ Finance teams of RRPS Greater China entities
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
? Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance Management or similar studies
? Excellent knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
? Excellent analytical and problem solving ability when issues are very complex.
? Good knowledge about MTU/RRPS applications, products and sales and service sites
? Conceptual-analytical, high self-independent and proactive working method
? Excellent organization, planning and follow up skills.
? Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills
? Strategic knowledge
? Fluent in English
? Proficient in PC and MS Office. Preferable SAP knowledge
? Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
? Project management skills
? Willingness to travel
? Must be available to work flexible hours.
