Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Key Purpose of the Job:

Handle daily IBD/OBD logistics operation, coordination, data collection, reporting, system maintenance & internal service.

  

Key Area of Responsibility:

  

? Coordinate with internal & external partner for IBD/OBD operation.

  

? Maintain related report & system.

  

? Provide track & trance for internal user.

  

? Analyze IBD/OBD operation data

  

? Prepare IBD/OBD related documents.

  

? Handle service providers billing & compensation.

  

? Participate monthly review meeting with service providers.

  

? Communicate with vendor for booking handling, document collecting ,invoice etc.

? Support CTC team for custom & CIQ.

  

? Handle internal complain ,record service issue log.

  

? Complete ad-hoc assignments as required.? Coaching & developing subordinate.

Knowledge
? Good knowledge of China logistics & international trade and Supply Chain; sufficient to manage service provider and serve internal customer
? On hand Experience of ERP system （preferably SAP), opearte skillful

? Basic analytical skill,to find problem.
? Basic communiation Skill qualified for daily operation.
? Good spoken & written English & Mandarin;
? Good PC & Office skills;
