Duties & responsibilities:

- Manage the marketing and media research budget

- Work with the strategy team to deliver high value consumer and industry insight reports

- Provide data and marketing research support to strategy and business planning teams in ongoing and new business

- Establish new and maintain ongoing relationships with the marketing and media vendors

- Evaluate media and data provider trustfulness, reliability and integrity

- Organize and manage media, data and insights training sessions for strategy and business planning teams

- Help further develop and upgrade the company’s Data & Insights Center

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight years experience in marketing (quantitative and qualitative) research and data management

• Minimum of three years of experience in running and managing data and survey systems such as CNRS, CMMS and SPSS

• Strategic thinker with a strong business sense

• Enthusiastic and willing to go an extra mile to deliver top quality work

• Strong collaborative spirit and can-do attitude

• Proficient in Mandarin and English
