职位描述
Job Functions
Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company.
To Maintain and develop the regional market(Zhejiang、Fujian、Guangdong、Guangxi、Hainan) sales channels, promote Grundfos pump brand in the Machining Industry.
To visit customers according to weekly/monthly programs and by customers’ request.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies. Responsible for the sales in agreed market, achieve agreed sales target.
Develop sales network in terms of dealers, business partners. Maintain good relationship with dealers, filtration contractors/part wash contractors/other OEM customers, end user, and other partners.
Provide sales support to dealers / partners, such as technical support/customer maitainece also involve in dealing with customers’ complaints.
According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the regional market. To search for/ consider new possibilities and prospects for increasing the sales.
To coordinate or participate in customer seminars, exhibitions and other sales promotion events.
To maintain CRM database containing visiting dates, arrangements agreed on, particular about customers, relevant figures, quotations and sales turnover, etc.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, industrial automation or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the field of industrial products.
Familiar with industry market and Auto industry customers in the area will be an advantage.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Foreign capital working experience is preferred.
Good command of English, Both oral & written.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Aggressive, strong market development capabilities.
Result driven, strong responsibility and executive ability.
Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives.
Team player.
Customer-centric.
Good listener.
Willing to travel extensively.
