- Assist QC Supervisor manage the microbiology laboratory and ensuring that the equipment is functional (calibrated and well maintained in compliance with the established schedules) and suitable for analytical testing.

- Assist the QC Supervisor in writing and maintenance documents such as Analytical Methods, Material Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, Qualification Protocols etc. Perform the Qualification work.

- Perform the sampling and analysis of raw materials(including water, compressed air etc.)intermediates, In Process Products, finished products, routine monitoring samples and others on time.

- Ensure Micro testing is carried out in compliance with the analytical test methods, Pharmacopoeial requirements and the cGMP, and analyse the trend of the analytical results. Ensure the OOS investigation is conducted properly.

- Maintain and control micro-lab consumables, Microbiological Media, Stock Coltures and Biological Indicators.

Requirements:
-Be familiar with microbiological test procedures, test practice, samples management and lab equipments
-Be able to read and understand English documents. With good English both written and spoken.
-Familiar with regulatory requirements (GMP/GLP, etc).
-Good data analysis skills. Be proficient in using the computer software such as Word, Excel and etc.
-A college degree in Microbiology or Biology and 3 years experience in similar position. Possess average proficiency of English both in written and reading, and the knowledge of Chinese and international GMP is required.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
