With a high performance culture and devotion to nurturing our most valuable asset - our people, we are now seeking a strategic yet hands-on Internal Communication Manager / Senior Manager to formulate and drive our firm-wide communication strategies. This high profile role will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans and ensuring all messages are delivered appropriately across our Hong Kong and mainland China offices.
Responsibilities
- Key person to provide routine regional HR reports and system reports as required
- Work closely with the regional Human Resources Team to ensure that all related process are in place
- Support ad-hoc project and report as requested
- Responsible for developing, implementing, validating, maintaining, and supporting HRIS applications in order to support business operations while complying with firm procedures and meeting established timeframes
- Provide support for HRIS applications as well as a first level system support to users
- Oversee the rollout of applications and train the users
- Collect user requirements, analyze, design, and test programs to meet special and on-going needs of human resources information
- Define HR data standards; create and monitor data entry process and procedures and recommend automation opportunities
- Assist in reviewing / harmonizing work processes with other departments when necessary
- Prepare systems for regular administrative processing and provide process analytics as needed
- Collaborate with ITS to resolve HRIS technical issues
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation including: processes and procedures, user guides, training manuals and UAT scripts when required
- Provide support on various projects or tasks as deemed necessary by management
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially advanced level of MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees and in all situations
- At least 3 years solid working experience in Professional Services and Multinational Companies
- Minimum 2 years of HRIS management responsibility, including full life cycle implementation experience
- Experienced in tier-1 HR ERP applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.), and reporting tools
- Demonstrated understanding of business objectives and HR implications
- Prior HR experience with an emphasis on system solutions and administrations, experience in Professional Services is a plus
- Candidates with regional exposure preferred
