Overview
The IT Services Department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive appropriate IT services which in turn facilitates delivery of professional service to clients. The IT Department is organized so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff.
We are now seeking to recruit a high calibre IT Consultant.

Responsibilities
? Perform daily IT operations include tape backup, equipment monitor, reporting and so on.
? Windows AD maintenance and troubleshooting, include network setting, file/print sharing, DNS/DHCP and other server service, user/permission management.
? Microsoft enterprise product maintenance, include ISA, SQL server, Exchange, MOM and so on.
? Network equipments configuration and management, include VLAN, firewall, WAN setting up.
? IT hardware infrastructure setup and maintenance, include server room, UPS, air condition, rack cabinet, server box and so on.
? Telephone system management; include PBX and IP phone set setup.
? Remote site IT infrastructure setup and management

Requirements:
? A college engineering degree
? 1-2 years working experience
? Wide knowledge and interesting in IT infrastructure field.
? Know well about Microsoft enterprise products
? Good knowledge and experience on Windows AD architecture maintenance
? Good knowledge and experience on network infrastructure
? Strong trouble shooting skill on server and network environment
? CCNA and MCSE Certification will be priority.
? MNC working experience will be priority.
? Good interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese with co-operative and open minded.
? Aspiring customer services consciousness and responsibility.
? Able to work in a demanding environment where quality of work is essential
