1，负责质保期内用户服务工作。

2，负责对用户运行指导，故障处理工作。

3，负责对用户进行培训工作。

4，负责锅炉调试服务工作。

5，负责配合销售人员对质保期外用户进行服务工作。

6，负责对签定维保用户进行服务工作。

7，完成公司领导及各部门对售后提出的其他服务指派。

任职要求：

1、暖通及电气类专业，专科及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验；

2、对锅炉及热力系统的原理具有一定的认识与了解；

3、有强烈的进取心，能够承担一定的压力，具备良好的与人沟通的能力；

4、有很强的责任心和集体荣誉感，有良好的团队合作精神。
