职位描述
Title: IS Business Analyst / Supervisor
Primary Objectives:
- Deploy and support the business applications for the brands.
- Focal point in China for the assigned brands, as the level 2 personnel to liaise among business process owners, users, Regional level 2 support, HQ level 3 support and vendors in the coordination and delivery of IS service to the users.
- IT business partner role for the assigned brands.
- Project and application change management.
Job description:
- As the local contact on application projects, including business requirement gathering, arrange user training, testing and system go live.
- Manage business applications service in line with the SLA in order to ensure smooth operations of the fashion brands related to the relevant functions and services.
- Provide store and office users’ support and training on retail and back-office applications
- Support other application system depends on business needs, e.g. SAP
- Support mobile and handheld applications with retail system integration.
- Support store openings and ensure the systems are properly setup and handover to the users for usage.
- Follow the IS&T policy and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the cases to ticket closure, and compliant to the SLA.
- Conduct regular review with the manager on projects and service delivery, raise escalation when required, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and maintain the local business application manuals and FAQ.
- Ensure security policy and procedures are in place in business application through documents and periodical reviews.
- Escalate to regional level 2 support, HQ level 3 support and vendors for integration support and complicated case; gather, document and submission of the local change request with functional specifications, and participate in harmonization of the process and system usage.
- May require on-call support or ad-hoc work during store operating hours, and specific time during stock take or system rollouts.
- Make sure to lead some project to launch on time and match business requirement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder in information technology, electronic commerce or business administration in technology management.
- End user facing and customer service experience in multinational corporations, preferably in luxury retail industry.
- Solid experience in Main POS system ( Cegid / RetailPro)
- Business Intelligence solution experience (IBM Cognos, Microstrategy) and ERP Experience (SAP) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in computer hardware, OS, network, mobile and handheld devices.
- Strong communication skills, able to leverage multi-channels and media.
- Result and solution oriented, value team work.
- Proactive Capable to work with autonomy.
- Keen to take up challenges.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Project Management is a plus.
