职责要求：
?配合公司长期发展战略，建立优良的市场运营体制；
?负责全国各城市的店铺管理；监督制定年度销售计划及促销计划；指导各直营店店长工作；
?配合人力资源部门完成各店铺销售人员的招聘、培训、考核的相关工作；根据行业标准及时对激励制度提供反馈信息；
?管理调配货品；根据店铺所处地理位置及受众人群对货品进行调配，并制定相应的补货及调整方案，对畅销及滞销款的销售比例进行统计分析 ；
?负责并监督全国销售数据的真实有效性；监管并跟进所有店铺的财务报告，确保城市主管和督导能够正确理解并执行相关作业；
?负责各地店铺与商场的公关维护以确保店铺得到更好的条件和位置；强化品牌的优质形象，配合公司计划做好品牌推广和市场拓展；
?参与年度经营计划、年度工作计划的制定以及分解实施。

职位要求：
?八年以上零售行业经验；
?有过高级定制服装或奢侈品行业从业经验优先；
?有过商场，购物中心，专卖店谈判及沟通经验；
?对时尚及潮流有敏感的洞察力；
?具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验。
?大学本科以上学历；
?熟练的英语听说运用能力。
