Role Summary/Purpose
The Project Manager leads projects and broad scope and high impact to the business. In this role, you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long term business impact, manage complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities
-Take lead of function teams including projects planning, service, engineering, logistics, sourcing, supply chain to execute the projects in according with the contract to assure the customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of projects including not limited to case collection, revenue recognition and project probabilities.
- Responsible for on-time delivery in accordance with contract.
- Lead day to day project operations including internal project review, customer’s communication and project date visibility, work with cross functions to address the project issues and provide solutions.
- Drive project risk control, including receivables, claims, contract changes, margin enhancement and effective project closeout.
- Responsible for project resource planning to ensure the team capability to drive execution excellent.
- Provide support and feedback to ITO team as required to meet the business needs and development.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent from an accredited university
-At least 10 years of experience in project management and being project manager to in charge of project directly, including project progress, customer issues solution, cash collection…..
- Familiar with wind business operation, including site work, service, supply chain, engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a management role
- Willingness and ability to frequent travel on site
- High energy level—self starter, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Desired Characteristics
- Significant project, construction, field engineering and /or contract management experience in power industry
- Wind projects management and service experience is preferred
- Technical knowledge of wind product line and associated systems
- Strong skills in customer relationship building, facilitation and matrix management
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
